Tied to the old hitching post......

I went to Lime Kiln Lane again today to check on the water levels by Chance School.  I noticed the horse, which I found out was named "Hands", was tied to the fence.  Just in case he starts to float away, he's tied to the 'hitching post'.  Zoom in and take a look.
There's also a little roofed area at the bottom of the step for the children to wait for their rides.  The wooden benches there were stacked and tied together with a rope also tied to a rail to keep them from floating away.  I was told during the '97 flood they lost all but one bench, which was grabbed by someone in a boat and brought back.
