It was a nice little hike. I would find a place where I could set the camera on a rock or log, set the timer, and get a picture of us. I think because I used the timer, Jillian was a little more willing to have her picture taken. Sometimes she just won't pose for a picture.
I managed to get some of the best pictures of me with Jilly. Of course, over the years there haven't been very many because she just wouldn't pose.
By using the time, I guess that got her in the mood and she even posed by herself for me to get a picture. Pretty nice picture, if I do say so myself. I don't think it was the photographer as much as it was the subject.
When we went into the woods I made her promise not to run off and leave me because I wouldn't be able to find my way out again. Daniela Boone did a great guide job and we arrived back at Chance School safe and sound.

These pictures are wonderful! I was going to say "darling" but that would apply mostly to Jilly. Sorry Grampie. I was also going to say "soooo so cute!" but that would also apply to Jilly. So, Grampie, you got some wonderful, darling and cute pictures. Way to go.
