Golf Scramble at Cherokee GC

I played another Scramble at Cherokee GC today. We played the same way we always do. Can't get it close to the hole from about 50 yards out! We always have a 20 -30 foot putt no matter how close we are hitting to the green. We finished -3, bogeying one hole. We went to the 'brotherhood' clubhouse after the tournament, located on Winter Ave., just a few blocks from my house. They had a nice lunch, pork chop sandwiches and bratwurst, plus a bunch of different salads along with baked beans. They gave away door prizes. They didn't have a lot, but they had two big white Teddy bears. They were still there when they drew my name. There was a little girl, about 5 years old, standing around with the crowd. I could see her really eyeing those Teddy Bears. So, even though I have to lovely granddaughters, I asked her which Teddy Bear she liked best and gave it to her. I didn't want Erin and Jill to have to share one. She seemed VERY PLEASED. So, that was my door prize.
