Back to the Fields with the Metal Detector

I metal detected today at Chance School Field with Mark and Brian. I was a little disappointed in the findings. Mark found a set of car keys and 1 penny. Brian found 30 some odd cents. I found what is pictured. The only 'old' coin found was the 1930 penny pictured at the bottom. I felt sure we'd find a silver coin or two. The wheel in the center has me baffled as to what it is. It feels like it's made of lead. Anybody have an idea?

It seems you have discovered artifacts from a ancient miniature civilization know to dwell along the river. It appears to be a wagon wheel from the "Lead Age." They used these wagons to haul freshly caught minnows and tadpoles back to camp where they would hold "enormous" feasts for the entire village. Modern historians believe they were wiped out in a great rain shower around 4000 BCE. The small amount of rain mixed with the unfortunate amount of lead "jewelry" each inhabitant wore was a deadly combination.
