We had our first annual Goddard Avenue Dogwood Festival this week. Mary Lynn and I dressed in our 1800 period costumes and sang Stephen Foster songs on the front porch, had our pretty little Dogwood Tree lit up all night with a big spotlight. Attendance was small, but I'm sure will grow in years to come.

I was going to attend, but I was worried about the traffic.
I thought all the Goodard Dogwoods were piled up along side the street.
can't believe we missed this!!
Will you be doing anything for the hot flowers?
