I went up to the St. Patrick's Day Parade yesterday. Mary Lynn wouldn't go with me because it was cold. It was a cold and rainy day, I'll have to admit. But, it didn't rain during the parade other than a very light drizzle close to the end. There were a lot of people lining the parade route and it looked to me like everyone had a lot of fun. I guess Mardi Gras has caused it to be a custom for every celebration to give out beads! Every group that came by had something to give out. If I'd tried to get this stuff I'd have had 3 or 4 times as much! The parade lasted close to 2 hours. I watched about an hour and a half before I left because of the cold and the need for a bathroom break! By the way, I had more candy than that but I ate some.

And he also would have had more "stuff", but said it was too hard to bend over and pick it up. He should have taken his reacher with him, and I'm not talking about me.
This is absolutely one of the best laughs I have had in a long time. I think the laughs came with Mary Lynn's commet. Right up next to the Jib Jibs I put on my blog. Did you guys check it out?
